The agent continuously observes the quality signals relevant to the operation, production line telemetry, service metrics, satisfaction indicators, error rates. When it detects a significant deviation from the normal pattern, it alerts the responsible team with the specific signal that triggered the alert and a preliminary analysis of plausible causes.
Reactive quality detection discovers problems once they have already impacted the customer or the operation. Traditional manual monitoring reviews samples or aggregates that miss early signals. The agent brings the moment of detection closer to the moment of origin.
